In March 2022, I was diagnosed with a high-grade pre-cancerous condition. Rather than choosing surgery, I reclaimed agency over my healing through neuroscience, somatic practices, and radical self-leadership. Within six months, I fully healed. This experience reshaped my understanding of resilience, intuition, and the mind-body-environment connection. I learned that transformation doesn’t come through force — it comes through alignment. That adaptability isn’t control — it’s trust. That true leadership honors divine timing over constant striving. What began as a private reclamation became the foundation of my current journey — a journey I now carry into every story I shape.
